
AshLeigh Cook
Owner / Instructor
AshLeigh was introduced to yoga in January of 2016. Always having a love of fitness and health, Yoga quickly became a big part of her life.
In 2019, God began to uncover a new plan for AshLeigh, and she was inspired to open a new space in Sioux Falls for people to find and IGNITE their passion! Every single thing within the walls of Ignite was carefully crafted by AshLeigh and her amazing team of contractors and friends. From the business name, to the infrared heat, to the lights and sound – you will leave the studio feeling enlightened and powerful.
AshLeigh has her 200 Hour YTT Certification and is also Sculpt Certified. She is always reading, watching and learning new ways to increase her knowledge to provide the best workout with variation and purpose for each of our members.
AshLeigh is HIGH ENERGY and loves to make people believe in themselves – both on and off the mat. She is always smiling, extending a helping hand and full of excitement and positivity. She is a mother of two energetic boys and loves all things outdoors, traveling and caffeine!
Abby Lorraine
Instructor / Restore, Flow, Kids Yoga
Abby is a trauma informed yoga instructor with a passion for helping people connect to their bodies to release physical and emotional tension. She teaches restorative at Ignite as well as providing private lessons, workshops and group classes for the kids at Children’s Home Society.
Abby and her husband have seven kids from 2-18. You’ll see her oldest and husband at classes with her too! Abby is working on her Master’s in Social Work with plans to provide psychotherapy in addition to trauma informed yoga to help people overcome mental illness.
Addi Rechnagel
Instructor & Front Desk / Sculpt
Addi began her yoga sculpt journey in 2021 and quickly fell in love with the high energy and overly fun atmosphere. She quickly jumped at the opportunity to get certified in the spring of 2023, and began teaching shortly after. Her favorite thing to do in class is grab some heavy weights and row.
Addi is a senior at Harrisburg High School and is on their girls golf team. When not at the studio you can find Addi hanging out with her friends, going to on walks with her dog, golfing, or at the lake with her family! She loves spending time her time hanging out with friends and family, attending classes, and going to get ice cream!
Ali Banbridge
Instructor & Front Desk / Sculpt
Ali is a junior at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, where she competes on the cross country and track and field teams, specializing in the 5k and 10k. She’s majoring in Nutrition Science with a minor in Business and has her sights set on dental school.
Her love for hot yoga began back in 7th grade, and by her sophomore year of high school, she was certified and teaching at Ignite. Ali primarily leads Yoga Sculpt classes but has also taught a few Strong classes. Her favorite part of teaching is pushing her classes with targeted burnouts using lights and heavies, and sprinkling in cardio for an extra challenge. No matter how long she’s away, Ali says Ignite always feels like a second family.
Outside the studio, you’ll find her running, spending time with friends and family, reading, enjoying a sweet treat, or off on her next adventure.
Allie Oplinger
Instructor / Circuit, Sculpt, Strong
Allie has been a fitness/nutrition lover all of her life and in college she found her love of hot yoga. She participated in synchronized swimming for 14 years and once she graduated college, she branched out to other areas of fitness. Allie loves all the things: running, lifting, swimming, cycling, and HOT YOGAAAA!
Outside of fitness she works as a physician assistant. She loves spending time outdoors. She is very close with her family and friends. She has an amazing husband and daughter named Rayna! Her favorite color is purple, favorite food is peanut butter and is a sucker for ice cream anything.
Amy Dobbs
Instructor / Circuit, Sculpt, Strong
Amy started her yoga journey back when she was a junior in high school. Her dance team would do private classes and she fell in love with it instantly. It wasn’t until after she stopped doing any sports when she was a freshman in college that she came to realized how perfect it was for her. She felt supported, motivated, and it pushed her to be the best she could be. In the Fall of 2019 she decided to go through a 9 week training process to become a Certified Yoga Sculpt instructor through Corepower Yoga.
Amy was a cheerleader and dancer for over 15 years of her life, including being on the All Girl Cheer Team at the University of Minnesota. She stays involved by choreographing dance routines for high schools in South Dakota during the summers and working dance competitions throughout the school year!
Elise Raczynski
Instructor & Front Desk / Sculpt
Elise began practicing Yoga Sculpt at the start of 2023 and quickly fell in love with the energy, challenge, and sense of community it brought into her life. By summer 2024, her passion had grown so much that she completed her certification to begin teaching.
Outside the studio, she works as a nurse in a behavioral health unit and is currently continuing her education. When she’s not teaching or studying, she enjoys watching movies, snuggling with her two cats, and spending time outdoors on walks—most likely planning her next squat series.
Heidi Blom
Instructor / Circuit, Sculpt, Strong
Heidi has been active her entire life and participated in any sport she could growing up. She fell in love with volleyball and played that through high school and college. She studied Exercise Science and pursued many different avenues in fitness both in the Midwest and Arizona. After returning to Sioux Falls, Heidi became a real estate agent and shortly after, she and her husband started a family. Since then she has been a full time mom.
Heidi has a health and wellness business she runs from home and has taught various fitness classes since 2015. Aric and Heidi have been married for 18 years. They have a 16 year old daughter and 14 year old boy/girl twins. She loves to cook (not bake), go on family adventures, drink coffee at any hour of the day and teach and inspire people in their fitness and health journey!
Kaitlyn Fischer
Instructor / Sculpt
Kaitlyn was first introduced to hot yoga sculpt in January 2022 when her friend Sydney brought her to Ignite. She quickly fell in love with the fast paced music and hot full body workouts. In the fall of 2023, Kaitlyn decided it was time to challenge herself and take ignite’s sculpt certification class. She was hesitant at first due to having asthma and wrist issues, however, she couldn’t pass up the opportunity to try something she knew she’d love! Kaitlyn enjoys incorporating new movements and finding throwback remixes to jam to during class.
Aside from instructing, Kaitlyn works as a registered nurse in Avera McKennan’s ICU. She loves to travel and spend time with friends and family. She also has two cats named Littles and Tini!
Kelsey Steineke
Instructor / Circuit, Sculpt, Strong
Kelsey began her yoga sculpt journey in 2018 and quickly fell in love with the practice. She started attending Ignite when we opened in 2020 and jumped on the opportunity to get certified that fall — she’s been teaching ever since! Kelsey enjoys calling out heavy weights, pulsing to a perfectly crafted rap/hip-hop/pop-rock playlist and incorporating dynamic movements in her classes.
Outside of the studio, you can find Kelsey traveling or attending concerts — she never passes up an opportunity for either! Kelsey works as a graphic designer for Miner Brewing Company & Prairie Berry Winery and is also a wedding & senior portrait photographer!
Kyla Glatt
Instructor / Flow, Hot 60, Restore
Kyla started her yoga journey about 4 years ago and quickly fell in love with the practice! She is certified in Sculpt, Hot 60 and Buti yoga! Her favorite favorite part of being an instructor is being able to watch others progress and help contribute to their growth both on and off the mat!
Kyla has lived in Sioux Falls for 14 years, has two amazing kiddos and works in banking.
Maddie McKinney
Instructor / Circuit, Mat Pilates, Sculpt, Strong
Maddie began her yoga sculpt journey when she was in the 8th grade. Her aunt and mom both started taking her to classes and she was hooked. She continued going throughout middle school and high school. When she was a freshman in college she was persuaded into doing teacher training at Corepower Yoga in Minneapolis. It proved to be one of the most rewarding things she ever did.
Her favorite part of instructing is the music and moving to the beat! Doing squats to Hip Hop throwbacks are her jam.
When Maddie is not at the studio you can find her with family, basking in the sun or at the hospital working as a nurse!
Mady Rezac
Instructor / Mat Pilates, Sculpt
Mady took her first Ignite Yoga Sculpt class in 2020. She continued to be a student in classes and learn from each class and still does to this day! She quickly grew passionate about the way that it made her feel and decided to get certified.
Her favorite thing to do while teaching is finding ways to engage the body both physically and mentally! Mady loves to feel the burn and incorporates that into her classes as well! (She loves a good cardio too)
Mady now works at Radiance Day Spa as a nail technician and esthetician.
In her free time, you can find Mady with her little boy Jasper and boyfriend Reece. She loves spending time with her sister & family, being Jasper’s Mommy, going on bikes rides/walks, attending fun local events, and of course.. she loves her coffee runs!!!
Mataya Naber
Instructor / Circuit, Strong, Sculpt
Mataya grew up playing pretty much every sport available as a kid, but eventually narrowed it down to volleyball and synchronized swimming. After being an athlete her whole life through college, when she graduated she found it difficult to stay motivated when there wasn’t a competition involved. That’s when her sister, Allie, brought her to her first hot yoga class in 2018.
The combination of getting in a great sweat, loud pump up jams and instructors telling her that in fact “YES YOU CAN” got her hooked! She is super excited to be teaching at Ignite, and hopes she can motivate others the way that she was when she first discovered hot yoga!
Outside of yoga, Mataya runs an employee benefit agency with her mama (mother-daughter dynamic duo!!). She loves spending time with her baby boy Teddy, hubby (Cody), family, friends, fluffy cat Camry, and anytime she can travel somewhere new she’s down!
Nikka Dosado
Instructor & Front Desk / Mat Pilates, Sculpt
Nikka started her yoga sculpt journey in 2019. She started coming to Ignite in 2020 and was hooked. She had the goal to become an instructor and took the certification in the fall of 2022. She became an instructor shortly after that. She loves a good beat and finding new music to pulse it out to.
In her free time, you can find her spending time with friends and family or attending classes. She also loves to travel, sour candy, and all things makeup and skincare!
Ruby Bearden
Instructor & Front Desk / Sculpt, Strong
Ruby first discovered yoga sculpt when her cross-country teammates invited her to join a class, and she instantly loved it. The energy, challenge, and community at Ignite were unlike anything she had experienced before. From then on, she attended classes whenever she could and quickly became hooked.
In the summer of 2023, Ruby earned her yoga sculpt certification and has loved teaching ever since. She enjoys incorporating compound movements and heavier weights into her classes, creating strong, empowering workouts that push limits in the best way.
Ruby is currently a freshman at Creighton University, double majoring in Spanish and Biology with a pre-dental focus. A lifelong runner, she competed in cross-country through high school and still runs in her free time.
Sofia Hein
Instructor / Circuit, Mat Pilates, Sculpt, Strong
Sofia is a student-athlete at Augustana, where she’s part of the swim team. A proud dog mom to her pup Stevie—named after Stevie Nicks—she’s a huge Fleetwood Mac fan. Sofia has a major sweet tooth for ice cream, especially peanut butter and cookies and cream, and loves spending time outdoors camping, hiking, and traveling with friends and family.
Her yoga journey began in 8th grade with classes alongside her dad, and by her senior year of high school, she was certified to teach. With over two years of teaching experience, Sofia enjoys helping others move their bodies to the rhythm of great music while exploring new ways to stay active and connected.
Taylor Lindeman
Instructor / Circuit, Sculpt
Taylor grew up immersed in the world of competitive dance, where her love for movement and discipline first began. That lifelong passion naturally evolved into an appreciation for all things health and wellness. She became part of the Ignite community when the studio first opened and officially joined the instructor team in 2022. Taylor loves discovering a great remix and watching members challenge themselves, finding strength in every beat and every rep.
Outside of the studio, Taylor teaches fifth grade in the Sioux Falls School District. She is married to her husband, Austin, and together they have a daughter named Wiley. When she’s not teaching or leading classes, Taylor enjoys staying active, reading, spending time with friends and family, and expressing her creativity through her love of makeup and beauty.
Tyla Mauney
Instructor & Front Desk / Sculpt
Tyla is a Sioux Falls native and proud O’Gorman High School alum, where she competed on the varsity volleyball and basketball teams. Her passion for fitness began early, especially after being introduced to Sculpt classes in high school—and she’s been hooked ever since.
Tyla is all about creating well-rounded workouts that challenge both body and mind. You’ll find her mixing it up with both light and heavy weights, focusing on core activation and overall strength. She’s a firm believer that movement is a key part of a healthy, balanced lifestyle.
When she’s not in the studio, Tyla loves being outdoors, especially spending time at the lake, taking walks, and soaking up time with family and friends. Her positive energy and love for wellness make every class feel like a win—on and off the mat.
Aly Aragon-Davis
Childcare
Aly has been married to her husband Brian for 14 years, and together they have three kids—Brayden, Grayson, and Loxley—plus a beloved dog named Rubble. Outside the studio, Aly runs her own floral business, Simply Floral by Alejandra, where she creates beautiful arrangements using both fresh and artificial blooms.
She also volunteers with the Special Olympics team, Wolf Pack, and enjoys caring for her impressive collection of over 85 houseplants. Whether she’s crafting, baking, gardening, or spending time with family and friends, Aly’s creativity and nurturing spirit shine through in everything she does.
Aly has been a valued part of the Ignite community since September 2022, providing childcare with warmth, patience, and a genuine love for watching the little ones grow. When she’s not at Ignite, you’ll likely find her chauffeuring her kids to their many activities with a smile.

Marketing & Public Relations
Melissa brings over 20 years of experience in graphic design and marketing, paired with more than 14 years of friendship with AshLeigh. Working behind the scenes, Mel takes the scribbles and ideas from AshLeigh and somehow brings them to fruition. As IGNITE continues to grow, she looks forward to evolving and building the brand together with the whole team and community.
